Let me tell you a story. In the video to your right, Maria is 7 years old. Before this opening scene, she is at a Pop Concert with her mom, and she has an idea. This part is not in the video. She thinks, “I can do that.” So she tells her mom. And her mom enrolls her in Music Lessons. Maria’s first lesson is when our video starts. She is feeling sad that she can’t immediately sound like that pop star she recently saw at the concert. Luckily, her patient teacher has the gift of encouraging her to keep trying and not give up. Then little Maria gets encouraged and starts to play. Fast forward. Now Maria is 12 years old. She has learned to play the piano. She has developed her own voice. And she writes her first song. Then she records it. Four years later, Maria is 16. And she is playing along with other Aram Studios Students who she met over the years. They share the stage. They have some fun. At the end of the video she singles out one girl in the audience who was her age, when she got inspired. Now she’s inspiring others who want to be like her!
